hi im newbie here and have just started a weight watchers program im 70kg and an hoping to lose 15 kg in 17 weeks is it possible? does ne 1 have any suggestions as to what i could do and how much exercise can i do and still benefit from it

I would start by filling out a profile so we know a little more about you (age, sex, weight, height) and your training habits (diet, weightlifting, cardio).

Or just post something in here. There are tons of people that can help you on this site, they just need a bit more info.
