I don't know if any of you ladies have the same problem but, my calves seem to be non-existent. I work them about three times a week with heavy weights doing both standing calf raises and donkey calf raises.....they just don't seem to want to develop much. I stretch them after each set, but up to this point have seen very little progress. Any ideas?

Well we are all different..... (I remember some posts about a girl having too big calves!).
I don't think you can do much more but training and a protein rich diet.

Coming from a naturally chicken-legged guy, I feel your pain. I've recently starting doing unweighted raises to failure after my sets to try to shock the muscle, and it seems to work them pretty well.

I'm with ya Mzakal! I've been hitting them at different angles with different weight. After about 6 months, I'm finally getting some results...alot of this is genetic.
-------------- May the lift be with you.
