IM ABOUT TO START WORKING OUT..AND I WAS WONDERING IF ANY GUYS OUT THERE HAVE A GOOD THREE DAY A WEEK WORK OUT ROUTINE...THAT HAS SHOWED YOU GOOD MUSCLE GAIN RESULTS..

There's a ton of stuff out there...but everyone's different so I just can't recommend one to just anyone.
