i asked for a ab workout and never recieved 1...do u guys have an ab routine i can follow..i gotta get rid of the keg i'm toting

e9, scroll all the way to the bottom of your workout page. Abs are at the bottom.

I am having the same problem, I am on the 12 week Mass, and asked for the 12 week abs blaster too, but so far (2weeks in) no abs appear anywhere on the exercises. What am I missing?
