Just wanted to know if egg protein is any better than whey protein. I am about to start a cutting workout. I already have a pretty good diet plan. Should I include this in my diet?

Whey is good post-workout while egg is good throughout the day.

So, if I am trying to slim up and put on lean muscle, is egg a better wat to go? Or can I just stick with the whey protein? Or should I just not take any shakes with my diet?

Egg protein will improve the amino acid profile of any protein, kind of making a "super protein" out of it, will boost the effectiveness of it.
