Hi everyone, I'm Felicia and I'm 28 I went from 125-130 pounds pre children to 175 post children. I have a home gym (just purchased) and a treadmill. Tuesday nights I play competitive volleyball for 4 hours during winter, summer is baseball. Both are only 1 night a week though. my goal is to get back down to even 135. I am 5'5" with an average body frame my body is still in pretty good shape with the exception of my stomach which needs big help. I'm starting the 12 week ab program, and the wieght loss with toning programming. Food is a problem I don't eat alot in fact too little usually only 1or2 meals a day but I grab quick food all to often. Water is my new staple trying to drink 3L a day. I've been going on my treadmill for 30min. every morning for 1 week now(gotta start somewhere) today I signed up and I'm looking for any help or advise I can get. Well thats it!! here goes
