I am sooo glad to have found this site, my question is How much cardio is to much? I am curious and how quickly does cardio make you lose fat . Do you lose faster in conjunction with weight and or resistance training?

Theresa, the consensus here is that lifting and diet will cause you to lose fat faster. Cardio helps cause a caloric deficit which will help with weight loss. Cardio however as the name implies works your heart and circilatory system. Weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns more calories than fat. Diet though is the part that makes it all work.
