Hi everyone I'm a female in fla that's trying to gain weight. I've tried all the weight gainers in the market and no weight on my bones. If anyone can give some advise I would love it.
I'm 18M 5'10 122lbs!! (Really skinny) and i have the same problem. Right now im taking Weight Gainer Gold 2200, 100% whey protein, Cell tech, Multi VItamins and Glutamin! I hope i gain weight by taking these supplements. And I have been working out hard for the past 3 days (Cross Bow) I'll tell you if i gain weight in a week( i hope so) tc bye
I've always had a hard time gaining as well. About a month ago I started ramping up my calories and hitting the gym at least 5 days per week. Use the gainer program on Freetrainers - it gives a really good spot workout, but you won't be in the gym all night. I generally eat around 4000 to 4500 calories per day, based around 6 meals. Two of those meals are myoplex meal replacements, and a also add a 600 cal shake (Mammoth 2500) right after breakfast and right after the workout. For the first time in 30 years I'm seeing some progress. I've put on about 10 pounds in the past month.
