Hi everybody, I just have one quick question, I'm taking Aminofuel before and after my workouts around 6 or 7 p.m., and Im starting to do some cardio 3 times a week early in the morning... the question is can I take (or maybe should I take...) Aminofuel also before and after my cardio? Is there a top amount you can take for one day?

p.s. I assume I should take creatine only after my workout, would the same apply when I do cardio?
If not dieting, I don't think amino acids alone would be necessary. A samll "meal" would suffice better, like maybe a half a MRP or something, just for a bit of "fuel". Now if contest dieting, then things change drastically due to protection needs.
