I need your help guys. I put on muscle over the past 6 months (along with a small tummy). I'm 5'10, 31 years old, 200 pounds. I'm trying to cut down while preserving as much muscle as possible for the summer. I'm interested in losing fat and getting more defined without losing much size. How many calories, protien, carbs, and fat do I need to consume to reach my goals? Any help is appreciated.
