Energy shake recipes

just wondering if anyone has any shake recipes that don't use any kind of suppliments. i found a blueberry shake recipe, but i don't have any blueberries. ones that use eggs would really be appreciated.

Try eggs, milk, vanilla, and a touch of sugar

the only thing is using real eggs, i'm afraid of salmonella. do you use the yolks too?

Well, I normally skip the eggs. I know people use them. My grandma used to give us milk, vanilla, and sugar.

Using a blender I mix soy milk with peanut butter and bananas and it is just great!

With pasteurised eggwhites there is no salmonella risk. Buy them in a little carton.
