I have trouble getting the correct amount of veggitables now that i'm up at school. My question is is there any vitamins i can take or any other supplement that can make up for the lack of veggies in my diet. And how important in building muscle are vegitables?
Nothing can beat whole foods. But if you can't eat right you need to supplement with a good multi-vitamin. I would still try to get some veggies in my diet some how. Veggies=complex carbs=important
