I just signed up today, and I filled out all the information for the exercise and the nutrition stuff. I am very excited to have found a place that does this stuff for free! Anyways, does anyone have any ideas how I can stick to these plans? I have been in an aerobis class, which was somewhat easier to stick with b/c I had to go to get the credit. I want to workout, I even LIKE working out usually....but I just find that I can't make time for it or make myself go after work. I need some suggestions about how to stay motivated for this new plan.
