I need to lift 52kg!!!!

Hello i'm also new!!!!!!!!!
I have joined to see if anyone can give me some advice on how I can work towards lifting 52kg in 22 days, as I am attending an ambulance service lifting assessment.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Do you have to do a shoulder carry? If so, squats will help you tremendously. Also, deadlifts will help improve forearm strength.
