Hi, I do inleast 45min. or more of exercising everyday! I do firm tapes (aerobics and weight training combined)! If the tape isn't inleast 45min. then I exercise more, with weight lifting and a little exercise bike! I'm a 23 yr. old female, wt.130,ht.5'5! Here is how I eat everyday!
Breakfast 2 oranges, 1 soy protein drk.
Lunch med. green salad, peas, and 4 egg whites.
Snack 1 orange 2oz raw almonds
Supper med. green salad, peas, and 4 egg whites.
Snack 1 soy protein drk.
Do you see anything wrong with my eating and exercising, I'm trying to get rid of alot of fat on my thys and lower stomach and tone the rest of the body! I want a nice firm body! The egg whites that I'm eating come from a carton called quick eggs! It's only egg whites and 1 serving has 30 calories, 6g protein, and no fat!
I'm eat all of this, and if I feel I'm still hungry, I add some more fiber carbs to my diet!
Please tell me what you think! By the way I'm a lacto-vegetarian! I only eat eggs, no flesh or dairy!

While your meal choices appear ok, you really should plug the nutritional values to see what their breakdown is. The numbers will tell you if you're eating enough protein, fat and carbs. It is possible (and usual) not to be eating enough.

melindaxl its hard to know the cals you are eating without researching. Nobody here wants to do that. We have our hands full doin our own. LOL. How many cals per day are you eating??

When I type it all in at fitday.com it's around 1300-1400 plus condaments (salsa,some nondairy creamer,etc.) which would end up adding 100-200 more calories! No fattening condaments though! They say to stay around 200 calories lower then your reg.limit though! I know that's kind of low, but some day's I end up eating a little more nuts. Plus I feel satisfied, I don't feel like I'm not starving myself! I make sure I get my protein amount or sometimes a little more!
Also, I don't work or anything, so I don't burn as much calories and fat as other people! So that's why I try my best to exercise the best I can! I do plenty of house work! Like help clean the house, laundry, help take care of our pets, and help with supper and keep the dishes clean! Do most of the shopping! So I guess that can count as some exercise, but still not much! I would do alot more, but because of health reasons, I'm not aloud to go anywhere by myself, unless real close by, like my back yard or if someones with me!
I will say though, since I started eating this way, I can feel my muscles really working now, like they feel like there tightening up or something!

I would last on that diet for a total of 1 day if that long. My hat's off to you for your willpower. Housework burns far more calories than many think. More than if you had a desk job somewhere.

I wonder why you are eating three oranges everyday. Oranges are pretty high in natural sugars, which is fine for a serving but I would suggest you try some strawberries, grapefruit, peach slices and apples too.
