i read about Lean Out by Beverly in a previous post and was curious about the product so i looked into it. It seems like a miracleproduct for those not morbidly obese. I have seen other weight loss products and they are all loaded with caffine and i dont want to add loads of caffine to my system just to lose weight. I have about 10 or 15lbs of fat i'd like to lose and i have tried loads of ways to shed it but my metabolism is just entirely too slow. I know bb1 talked about this product before. I was just wondering if it would work for me who lifts 4 days a week with a decent diet. I do what i can for a college student. and can't do much cardio, at least during the winter it seems, due to athletically enduced asthma problems. I try to but its tough sometimes. So if you could give me any insight into this product that would be great. Thanks

Well, Lean Out is a great product, but by itself will not do much. It is a great aid to your fat loss regimine though. If your diet is correct, i.e...enough of a caloric deficit(this needs to be in place first), then lean out can help accelerate your fat loss. It helps to "shift" your bodies emphasis toward fat burning. It can increase the utilization of stored fats for energy. This in turn spares glycogen and amino acids(muscle). But again, diet is imparative for it to work, as it is just an aid to help you. If you feel like it, post your current diet and weight and calories, and we can take a look at them. It will really help you if guesswork is not involved, you say your diet is "decent", I have seen "decent" diets before from folks that are in no way decent. There really is no pill of any sort out there that can shed pounds for you short of prescription, they can just aid in the process. Though Lean Out is an awesome product, I would be hesitant to recommend it to you and you be dissapointed, and it is due to your diet.

I try to stay at around 2,000 calories with varying fat, pretty much between 35 to maybe 50. I eat a salad with every meal with about 2 meals a day. I try to eat as well as i can with what the school's dinning hall offers to eat. Generally shoot for the high protein foods. I take a multi-vitamin and am currently on ON 100% Whey protein and creatine as well and have had good results in building muscle but the fat dosnt seem to shed.
