i have descided it was time to give somthing up is hould hane long time ago, i been depening on " them" for a while for everything, and now i have started to faz them out and make them somthing i no longer need............the straps.........i have decided to stop using them when i found out i couldn't hold a shrug bar with 315 on it.....i knew i had to do somthing..........so now i have gotten done to just barly using them, lat pull downs, shrugs, cleans, up right rows, rows, barbells rows, deaflifts i used to usem straps on all of them........nwo i only do them after my grip fails on deadlifts........forgto the feeling i get from lifting weights the naturally way and feelng the burn in my forearms as well..........i'm back up to weight i usually did with straps i'm deadlifting 435 for 5 reps no straps at all or bouncing........so pretty soon i hopfuly well only see straps as a tool if needed and not a crutch as i used them.......thank u gator lol
