I'm currently 20 years old and am 6ft. 210lbs. and looking to cut the fat from my body while toning and defining my muscle mass. I am currently starting to take Cell-Tech (Creatine) and was wondering if it is wise to take diet pills like Xenedrine or Hydroxy Cut with the creatine supplement and if so which one would be a better choice, health wise and progress wise. Please help looking for answers.

jonnyko, I've taken creatine and I've been combining it with Xenadrine, which on my own personal experience is the most effective fat burner so far (I've also tried Hydroxicut & ThermoDynamx).

Hope this helps

As far as I know, I wouldn't take both at the same time. Diet pills usually have quite a bit of caffeine in them and caffeine pulls water out of your muscles while creatine is trying to put more water in your muscles. In otherwords, you'll still benefit from creatine if you take the pills but not as efficiently as you would not taking them.
