I just started my nutritional plan over because I changed some goals and was wondering about the values for my RDAs'. I am 164 lbs, 5'10 and am very active. I am trying to gain lean muscles and tone up what little excess fat I do have. The values I got from the nutritional tracker seem off to me, they gave me a intake of 2550 c/day, 164 g protein, 410 g carb, and 31 g of fat. Could anyone comment on whether this is accurate.
