I can access all of my exercises for my first week except for day 1 which is exercices for shoulders and forearms. Those exercises will not show up.

RG, there is not a specific forearm day but you should have a day that incorporates shoulders. Its should have somthing like lateral raises, military presses etc.

Charlie, the forearm is worked on the same day as shoulders in his program. It was the same for me when I first started.

RGoslow, you may want to send an e-mail to Adrian@freetrainers.com as you should be able to see Day 1 of your workout. Good luck!

Robert, thats cool but I never got an Ft exercise specific to forearms. Guess I missed out too. I did get the lat raises and military press though.

You get forearms if you sign up for a 5-day Gain Mass training split.
