hello im new to weights and i want to know basic routien to build a shape first of my body.. i was thinking of doin w/c pullups, dips, w/c push ups, and situps, bascially i just want to build shapes of the body then lift heavy and go on diet to blow my muscle up.. so what will be the best routien to build shape.. i need some one's sugesstion please help thanx!!

sign up for one of the programs here on ft..thats prob ur best bet
