I've been recently toning and defining my legs, butt and stomach. My lower body is going well. My abs are getting there haha. BUT then I noticed how straight up and down my figure is. Now I'm scard to even work out on my obliques because it might make it worst and cut out the chances of me having any curves at all. Are there any exercises that can help me gain muscles on my hips for a more curvier appearance. Is there actually a muscle that I can work on and build muscle for more curvier hips?? PLEASE HELP
