What luck finding this sight!! I need some advice on the routine given... Is it important to do the program in the order as it is given or can it be mixed up? for example...today is ..biceps ..biceps...triceps...triceps...abs...abs...abs... can this be mixed?...or should it me? Any advice would be apreciated!

Try to follow the suggested program in the beginning. The exercises are grouped to work given muscle groups and allow for rest in between.
