I just signed up on freetrainers.com and part of my exercise plan is Close-Grip chins. I need to know of a substitute exercise because I am working out at home. I don't have a chin-up bar. Also, if anyone has a substitute for the Donkey-Calf raises please share. I can always do just calf raises I suppose.
Thanks,
Lane

Well you could go buy one of those door way bars for about 15 bucks. A good substitute is always the old pushup.
Donkey calf raises, well I don't know how old you are or if you have kids but if you do bend over put a youngster on your back (have them hold on) and take hold of a chair or steady table and go at the calf raises. Simply standing and doing calf raises will work also.

Lane, merely go to FT Resources and just look up exercises for the Back and Calves. You can find substitutes there. Good luck!
