I'm a 21 year old female. I would like to lose fat and increase energy. Which suppliment is the best and safest? A few of the women that I work with are currently taking "Trim Spa" is that a good one?

What type of exercise are you doing and how often? How much fat do you want to lose?

Realize that no product burns fat all by itself. Supplements may improve the potential for your body to burnfat, ie increase the efficiency of various metabolic pathways.

Healthy diet and regular exercise is the most effective long-term weight loss regimine. Take whatever you want, if you don't include a healthy diet and regular exercise, you'll gain it right back or continue to deplete your body of the nutrients it needs. This never comes easy, it takes a lifestyle change and patience, something most people lack making them want the "easy" way out.
