I am wondering if what brands of shakes people out there are using. I purchase the GNC MEGA MRP. They seem expensive - are there cheaper ones out there that do the same job and still tast relatively decent?

Yes, I make my own alot.
I would never buy any, because of the price, too expensive.
Very easy 2 make, usally i just do skim milk, protien powder, fruit, and a little ice.
