Okay this might seem a little dumb..
but here goes. I need someone to explain how to use the tracker. I don't think I'm doing it correctly since I'm WAY under target for everything?
so example:
I ate 1 boiled egg for breakfast would I
first enter add protien and fill in blank
then enter add carb and fill in blank
then enter fats the same way
Do I have to do this for each and everything I eat?
