talfano Posts: 3 Joined: 2003/12/14	2004/01/22, 06:32 AM Hello FT community. I have noticed a number of new members posting the fact that they can not see the abb workout. I am an FT Professional member, on the 12 week mass gain program. I did post this problem about 2 weeks ago. The response was to scoll to the bottom of my weekly workout. I did that and there is absolutely no link to any abb excercises. So, at the risk of sounding inept, can someone explain to me how I can get to these excercises. I have been doing a routine on my own but would very much like to use the one I paid for :-)

johnkruz Posts: 3 Joined: 2004/01/12	2004/01/22, 10:41 AM To get to my ab program I click on MyFT - Personal Info > ft Exercise Program > Personal Exercise Program > Disclaimer (I agree). Then on the weekly schedule page near the bottom below the Free Trainer banner is the Ab program. Are you using Explorer or another browser? I've had problems with some sites when I use Netscape to access them.
	2004/01/22, 11:12 AM The mass gain program does not offer the abs program . At least I couldn't find it when I looked. They may be mutually exclusive. agamble Posts: 1,029 Joined: 2003/09/22	2004/01/22, 12:43 PM I have not been able to find it either. I'm beginning to think that the Pro version does not offer it which makes no sense. I have clicked this clicked that changed this changed that. All to no avail. I only have this problem with the mass program.
