Hi, So I've ben a member forever but haven't done this and feel kinda rude. Therefore I thought I'd post here and say hi to y'all and thank everyone who posts all the useful information that I've been partaking of.
Trying to lose a stack of weight - I'm heavier than I've ever been in my LIFE (about 104 kgs at last check) and I'm not happy about it. As a result I've been to the gym almost religiously now for the last month or so and it's making changes. The weight's not coming off but the fat is rolling away. Yay!

Hi I'm new to the site (just started yesterday) but I plan to stick to it! $0 years old and fat 185 at 5-2 I want to get down to 130 (crossed fingers) Hope I can keep it up! I am already sore (havent been off the couch in months except to walk to the fridge) Oh well thanks for letting me vent Later!
