What's up people. I'm about 6'3" 285 lbs. and looking for a good diet plan to drop down to about 255-260. Used to play college football so i'm strong but not real crazy about all these diets i read about. I'm looking for something where i can still eat and not want to chew my arm off after every meal. Can anyone offer me a good plan??

I answered you in the post you made in "I need a specific diet plan". Take a look at it, great guidelines to use that are well proven over time.

bb1fit..you said that without knowing anything about me you could only give me a basic breakdown. I'm really looking for something very specific and am willing to give you whatever information you need.
