Would anyone know where I could get College Courses in Health and Fitness because I want to be able to talk to people about what they eat and about how they exercise everyday! I want to be a health and fitness instructor! I never get tired learning about this stuff! When I order me books to read thinking, it will help me, it can be a 300 page book and I'll have it read by the next day! I want to be able to help everyone with health and fitness! I just want to make sure to learn about it all! I also want to learn a way for me, for vegetarians! I've heard there's alot of vegetarian body builders out there, it's just you have to watch more on what you eat! And learn more on what amounts of protein, carbs, and fats you have! Like what foods are good for what exercises!
Would anyone have any idea, where I could get all this information at in College Courses?
Thanks, for your time! Have a great day!

You can read all the books you want, but its the lifestyle and experience of fitness that will make you an effective trainer. As far as taking college courses, I assume you are asking about online courses available to all? Because how can we tell you where to go if we don't know a thing about where you live? As far as "bodybuilding vegetarians" go...never met or heard of one...you can be fit and a vegetarian but to be a competative bodybuilder as a vegetarian would be hard. My advice would be to get info from local colleges in your area, or do a GOOGLE search. Good luck.

I done some online serches and typed in vegetarian bodybuilders and come up with alot of sites! Not college courses, but about them and products they sell!
I'm not wanting to be a bodybuilder, just a health and fitness instructor and be able to talk and help ones that want to become bodybuilders! I do want to have a very fit body though! I'm from Missouri and I don't live in a area where they teach that kind of stuff in any of the colleges! Plus I have a health problem that keeps me from being by my self in a big area (college)! I'm getting better, it's just going to take some time, but I figured since I don't have anything to do, I can do home college and hopefully be ready when I'm ready to manage on my own again!
Anyway, I hope you understand what kind of courses I'm talking about now!
Sorry for all your time! Sorry so long! Thanks for your advice! Have a great day!

Oh ok...I thought you were looking to compete. I associate bodybuilder with someone who competes, not just someone who works out...my bad. May i ask what your condition is? Good luck to you.

I have epilepsy, it's seizure disorder, but the doctors giving me a medication that helping me. Were just working on finding the right amount I need to take! We keep upping the amount, but I don't know, I might need to switch medications! The doctor told me though, that I have a good chance in growing out of it! And I believe I do! I'm not going to let this stand in the way of my dreams (sports & fitness)!
Thanks for your concern! Have a great day! Good luck to you also!

I'm very familiar with epilepsy and I know it can stand in the way of daily activities. I'm glad for you that you have the confidence and drive to not let that get in the way. You're doctor is absolutely right in that it can subside after years of treatment and finding the right medication regimine. Keep striving and go for yours.

Thanks jdelts, you really made me feel good with your post! That gives me more strength to strive harder and I will! I'm going to look for a poster of a girl bodybuilder and a girl runner in track and hang them in my room, so when I exercise, when I get feeling tired, I'm going to look at those posters and strive harder to look like those girls!
Thanks again for your uplifting post!
