Hey, I was wondering how it is that you get those really well defined muscles without getting all bulky and big. I just want them to look good, like.. really cut, not be huge. I've heard that if you do small weights with lots of reps you get muscles for speed, and if you do lots of weight and smaller reps you develop muscles for power. I'm thinking I want muscles for speed? Is this true or am I just being a newb.
Um, and also I wanted to know if its possible to get nice abs quickly without using machines, cuz I dont have any exercise stuff at all, I do pushups, situps, jogging, etc. I'm trying to get myself into shape during this month, i want to get into a good diet and whatnot. (Btw, Whats a good daily calorie limit I could give myself... I dont really know whats considered "a lot" of calories. I just see big numbers. :P..) thx.
