Hey everyone i have a quesion..i start work at 630 but i leave my house at 545 everyone says u need to eat breakfast..but its hard cause of my scedule so i was wondering what can i do to geta a better breakfast and and healther one?

You may want to invest in some MRP's. Myoplex is a decent one, there are many. This will give you roughly 280 calories, 40 gr. of protein, and about 22 gr. of carbs. All you need is a shaker cup and water. Some are pretty tasty also. You can always make your own, in a blender throw in a 1/2 cup raw oats, 1-2 scoops protein, 1/2 banana, and you have a tasty nutrient dense drink. If gaining, you can add 2 tbsp. of natural peanut butter and with chocolate protein, kind of tastes like a Reese cup. There are many things you can do.

There ar different kinds of myploplex right like there myloplex plus, myloplex light, and plain so which one is good

Thats what I do for breakfast and drink it at my desk!!! Multitasking at it's best.
