Alright, first im going to give a few personal specifics:
Age: 19, Height: 73 inches (6'1") Weight: 150
Lifestyle: Active college student...
Goal: Looking to improve lean muscle mass and strength, while not gaining too much fat.
Metabolism: Very active. I can sit on my arse and lose weight while still eating a shite load of food.
Workout: already taken care of by FT.

Okay, i realize that it takes much patience to to see results etc of workouts and building, but i want to make sure i'm on the right track and to go ahead and step up to the challenge of doing everything possible by actually watching caloric intake and keeping a solid healthy diet.

What i need help is with what a good diet is for a person my size. Ive talked to people etc but i just keep getting mixed responses as to what i should do. Im a complete newbie at diet management because i used to think that calorie watching was for people trying to lose weight not gain weight as well. Can anyone help me with possibly mapping out some nutrition basics...my ideal would be 5 meals a day...and this includes protein shakes (suggestions desired here too). I just have no idea where to get started....ft suggested Protein: 188g Carbs: 525g Fats: 67g Total Cals: 3363

Any help is greatly appreciated. If you need to contact me so that its not so vague, IM: Goood Old Tex Im on the msg board, or email @ hornyapparition@hotmail.com

Thanks in advance,
Elliot
