Not another question about supplements right? Wrong. I'm still uncertain as to which supplements to take. It seems really confusing and overwhelming. I've been crash coursing myself for the past two days by reading articles and many of the posts on the site. I know that protein, creatine, glutamine, and multi-vitamins are the main ones to take to gain muscle mass. I just want to be smart and buy exactly what is right for me before spending my money. Can someone tell me exactly what to buy? I'm a 20 year old, 177 lb male, 5'11"... I workout at 6 AM for 5 days a week for 1 1/2 to 2 hours before my classes. I've also read that you need to take some supplements a half hour before you work out. Do I really have to get up at 5:30 AM just to drink my supplements? Any advice from experienced supplement users will be appreciated! Thanks for your time.

All you need to take is protein, creatine, and vitamins. You could take your creatine and protein right before you workout. You don't really have to wakeup that early to take your supplements just take a couple of minutes before you start to workout. Also take your protein and creartine postworkout too.
