I'm a senior this year, and I want to try something new. So I joined the football off-season, to try being a jock on for size. I've only been working out for 2 weeks, but I think I'm starting to see why so many people are into it. I do, however, think that the coaches here are idiots. So, I looked around on the internet and found ft.

I am 17, 265+/- lbs., 6'3. I can currently bench 200 lbs, leg press 310, squat 300, and ?power snatch? an unknown amount(mostly because I don't understand what they are trying to say to me, and I end up reverse curling 200 lbs.) I'm looking to build on my solid frame and increase muscle and strength. Any suggestions? One thing I agree with my coaches doing, is the ?Plyometrics?, that thing with the boxes. I love that.
