Hi, I'm Frank. I'm trying to lose some weight in my mid seciton, and I do cardio every day for 30-45 min. I would like to get on a diet, but I can't stand eating the same thing every day. I don't like following a program, is there a list of thing I can eat and things I can't, and what is the best way to count calories?

Do a search for "grocery list for bodybuilders" using fit buddy at the bottom of the page. The FT nutritional tracker works well.
