For routines, you can try an FT program. But, how's your diet? That's an aweful lot of weight to lose...can be done, but won't happen overnight. You should also add aerobics to your workout plan.
Good luck and welcome to FT!

80 pounds that's a lot of weight...
Won't that make you really really skinny?
To take it off and leave it off its going to take time.
3 pounds A week is considered a healthy rate.
Starvation diets tend to not aid in perminant weight loss.
Good Luck, and be careful.

When you eliminate a certain group or class of foods you are setting yourself up for failure. Only do this if there is an absolute necessity for it (health reasons, competition, etc.) The best thing to do is develop an overall diet plan that is clean and nutritious. Remember that a diet, to be effective, has to be something that you can live with since it has to be followed every day on a consistant basis. It's no good if you can't follow it. Allow yourself a cheat meal once a week and keep all things in moderation. Also, contrary to popular belief, losing weight comes down to using more calories than you take in. The opposite is true for gaining weight.
