Hey everyone! Im a 18 year old female and just started this today..Monday 26th. :) im really excited to see my results...The only thing im concerned with is the Nutrition. I dont know really what to eat...i mean it tells youkinda but..oh well ill figure it out.. LATER!!
I'm new. I lost 20lbs in the last month. I'm on medication that makes me have no appetite what's so ever. I'll go 2 - 3 days not eating and not even realize that I did that. I have to force myself to eat and I'm not even hungry. I started this program to loose inches. I've been doing it for a week now and you can see the difference. My weight is not a problem. I don't need to loose weight. I need to find a way to make myself eat. Any suggestions?
