hello! I just joined and am very excited about this site. Very glad I found it. I have been trying to lose the weight from my 2nd pregnancy (and to be honest some left over from the 1st!) LOL. I have been trying to stick to mainly water, and have been very good at it, sometimes I get tired of water and switch to a minute maid lemonade. I don't know if that is good or bad. I have never counted calories before but will start doing so now. I need to walk more. I don't have a gym membership right now but will be looking for one very soon. I am a stay at home mom and def need something to help me lose the weight. I am not happy in my own body anymore. I try not to let my own husband see me w/out clothes on and he hates that, but I need to feel good about myself first. Hopefully can meet some people here who can be motivators!
