OK i have a problem i cant come up witha good plan for eating i work 630am-5pm can anyone suggest time and foods to eat...im trying to lose love handles and gain lean mass! thank you

06:30 3 egg whites wheat toast and oj
10:00 snack protein drink or protein bar
12:30 lunch tuna fish,fruit
03:30 snack fruit,peanuts or half a sandwhich
06:00 dinner chicken or turkey or beef veggies.
This a just a stab at a easy break down with stuff readly available at the store that doesnt cost much. good luck
my schedule is even more messy because I work 19:00 - 07:00
