I basically want to know how you guys feel about circuit training.. My main goal right now is to get my body fat % down and get more cut. So, I was thinking about incorporating a circuit training routine in for a few weeks instead of my typical 3 day a week lifting schedule(mondays=chest and bi's; wednesdays=legs and tris; fridays=shoulders and back). And by circuit training routine, I mean one in which I target many several of the large muscle groups on all of my lifing days. Is circuit training a good change from my normal schedule?

Circuits are a great way to give you that cardio workout when lifting weights. Keep your rest periods short (0-60 seconds) and use weights that are light to moderate.

I did it Mike and it was GREAT. As RPacheco said. I kept it short between rest periods. My body loved it. But after a while you'll need to change it up...the BODY REMEMBERS a lot of things, THEN gets lazy. :) Good luck.
