Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

Hi, in roughly 2 weeks i'll be ending my first cycle with creatine ever and am curious if i will become more defined afterward due to the loss of the retained water. I've had fantastic results with it in strength and gaining size. But i've been wanting to get more definition and YES MY DIET IS GOOD AND WELL BALANCED(not a whole lot of fat, carbs are good as well). i also bust my ass in the gym about 5 days a week (on 4 day program and occasionally go in a 5th day to just do things i don't often emphasize in the current program). But after roughly 3 years (supplement free till a few months ago) of training with weights, cardio and diets. Yet theres like 10lbs that WONT LEAVE. I went from 185 to 165 in a good solid year of training, then it just ended. and i started gaining off of muscle but the fat remains (back to 185 but much more muscle and less fat than way before). so 2 questions: would a fat burning supplement help (if so, suggestions...preferably stimulant free. no caffine or aspirine or ephedra..ect)? also, will i get more defined after this cycle of creatine? thanks a lot guys!
