I'm going back to school and need some help with getting some workouts in and getting some meal ideas.
week #1-
6:00am-wake for work, eat, shower, etc.
7:00am-start work
4:00pm-leave work
5:00pm- start school
10:00pm-leave school
10:30pm-tell wife and kids good night and sleep

week #2
6:00am-4:00pm-same as week #1
5:00pm-8:00pm-School(Mon,Wend,Fri@home and study, Tues, thur @ school)
8:30-home

week #3
6:00-4:00-same as week 1
NO SCHOOL

All day I do not have access to a microwave or a stove, so I can not have hot meals. I have been doing a lot of salads and sandwhiches. I need some new ideas if anyone has any. I'm really hurting on protein. are there foods high in protein that are good cold other then tuna and lunch meat?

With my work outs, week 1-almost impossiable to get sleep required and workout at the same time...or is it?
week2 and 3 I think I'll be okay.

I'm open to any ideas or suggetions that anyone has.
thanks in advance...

Tommishuck, have you tried protein bars? I've personally tried Myoplex Carbsense bars and they are pretty good.

Hope this helps

I have in past but they are really gross. I do have to say the few myoplex that I have had were "decent". I have tried to stay away from them too due to the cost.

just went to the EAS webpage and they are 12 for 21.00. Are there any cheaper brands that are close in the pro/carb ratio?

Buy whey protien and make shakes. They only take a minute to make, they taste good and they are inexpensive (compared to protien bars)

My best advice is to prepare a lot of food way ahead of time. I usually spend most of Sunday making my meals for the rest of the week (though I've usually finished eating it by Wednesday - gotta work on that...LOL). Put it in some ziploc bags or containers, throw it in a cooler, and you're off.

Ditto on Rev's post. I have my whole weeks food prepared on Sunday (besides dinner). I have no problems eating 6 meals a day.
