My knee is starting to get sore a couple hours after my workout. I am doing all of my exercises right and have been doing them for over six months. The pain just started a couple of weeks ago and I was hoping it was just a one or two day thing and well, its not. Could it possibly be arthritis setting up and will exercising make it worse?
i don't think it's arthritis... however, i could be wrong... but i'm sure you'll feel better if you easy up on the exercising... i'm half your age and i have a problem similar to yours... i'll get a sore wrist every now and then and it goes away eventually as i take a day or two off from lifting and dancing... and when i first come back from those days, i get back to the weights slow and gradually get back to my heavy training... the pain usually goes away in a week to a week and a half (provided that i go easy on the wrist)...
