Hello, I'm new here, so I thought I would introduce myself, and ask a few questions about weight loss and toning.
First let me tell you I'm 35 year old female, I'm 5'8" and weigh 163. I JUST started an exercise routine...and I'll admit I have lots of body fat. I have a lot of (for lack of a better word) Flab. LOL. My waist is about 33. I carry weigh around my waist, upper arms (grandma arms), and my back of all places.
My question is....do I need to lose weight, or just work out? And what ways can I target those areas.
I've looked around this site, and it's amazing, and I'm so happy I found it!
Any help on my questions would be greatly appreciated!
