bb1, I took your advice on a post you did and picked up the V12 product. You mentioned it may be good for creatine non-responders. I find I do not get the same results with creatine as most do, so I went out this morning and picked it up. I will start it tomorrow morning.
I'll post results (hopefully there will be some)and let you know how it works. Thanks!

Yeah, i just got done with about half of a case of V12 that i had split with a buddy of mine (us poor college kids had to split the cost) and i found it to be totally ineffective for the most part. They garuntee results too...oh well. Maybe a mildly decent pump, but nothing more special than just lifting regularly. I had much better results, and actually noticable results, with just pure Creatine Monohydrate for some reason. It just works better for me.

A 1/2 a bottle would only last you about 12-15 days depending if your taking the recommended dosage. They say you should start feeling the results in about 10 days.
I'm at about my 10th day now and I am feeling some decent pumps and some strength. I will save my final opinion until I finish of the product and let you know.

Nothing is magic, no supplement out there. They are but aids to your lifting. V-12 is simply an alternative to creatine for some who nonresponds to it(creatine). If you think you are going to get huge or steroid like gains, forget it. There is only one thing that does that. As far as the supplement industry goes, they are just that, supplements. Not magic that if you take it you will look like Lee Priest. But, then again, there is always the person who takes one amino acid and says, "these don't work".
