I have been eating the whole egg my whole life (23 years)
now that i have been trying to gain wieght and get bigger i ussually eat around 3 eggs a day.
I have heard lots of hoopla about egg whites and I am going to switch over now that I am starting my new workout routine. Does anyone honestly think it will make a difference in how i look and feel ??

Yes, we all eat eggwhites. Try this, if you do 5 eggs for example, which you should do at least, start with 3 eggwhites and 2 whole eggs. Then go to 4, etc. Of course if you are trying to gain, the 3 eggwhites and 2 whole egs are good. Contrary to media hype, dietary cholesterol does not play as big a part (as long as you are not crazy with it) in total serum cholesterol anyway. And eggyolks are 1/2 the protein of eggs, 3 each in the white and yolk.

Thanx BB1... I have been eating Eggs whites and it doesnt bug me at all, tastes just fine!
I train quite a bit and 5 eggs seemed just fine (4 white and one whole)
Do you think I will notice a difference physically from this change in diet, like i said I have always had full eggs about 3-4 every morning.
