Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

I am a newbie (relatively speaking.) I discovered fitness in my early 40's, resulting in dropping my weight from 252 pounds to 147 (now back up to 156 as ordered by my physician, who with my trainer want me to get back to 170). My supplements include Creatine ("Trac" take only on workout days), a multivitamin and a mineral pack, plus a vitamin C drink twice per day, L-Carnitine (500 MG) twice per day, and I added Secretagogue-One Human Growth Hormone about five weeks ago. What results should I be seeing from the Secretagogue? I am not noticing anything in particular, but then I have undergone radical changes in my schedule and my life over the last few weeks (for the better, I think). What should I expect from HGH?

If it were real hGH, the results could be from quite nothing to extraordinary, depending on your own serum. However, hGH precursors, such as the one you mentioned, have had little success. Stick with your diet, training, and rest, and the Dr. will determine if you need any HRT intervention.
