Are thier any defacto books on anatomy and form. I've looked on amazon.com and the selection seems endless. I know you guys that have been doing this for a while have ceartinly come across a few gems and was hoping you could share the wisdom.

Id also like to get some large illustations of exercises to hang up in my home gym for reference and motivation.

Any suggestions?

'Strength Training Anatomy' is one of the best, and it has been a great resource for some time now. I don't know the author's name off the top of my head, but I do know they sell the book on Amazon.com.

Thanks for the advice, found the book on amzon.com along with another book and both were "reviwed" as the best along with the Schwartenager book.

I got these 2 for 25 bucks.
